At St Bede’s, we use ParentPay, a secure online payment system that allows parents and carers to pay for school meals, trips, clubs, and other activities quickly and safely. ParentPay makes managing payments simple, convenient, and paper-free.

What ParentPay Can Be Used For

  • School meals and lunch accounts

  • Music lessons and extra-curricular activities

How to Set Up Your ParentPay Account

  1. Activate your account – You will receive a unique activation code from the school.
  2. Create a username and password – Follow the instructions in the activation email.
  3. Add your child – Your child’s details will already be linked to your account.

Once set up, you can log in at any time from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

How to Make a Payment

  1. Log in to your ParentPay account.
  2. Select the item or service you want to pay for (e.g., school meals, trip, club).
  3. Enter the payment amount (if not pre-filled) and select your payment method.
  4. Confirm and submit the payment.
  5. You will receive an instant confirmation email.
